The success of our programs is through the awesome volunteers at the Mineral City Church of the Nazarene. Faithful members of our faith family serve in a variety of positions to help ensure our programs are effectively run.

Guidelines
In compliance with the International Church of the Nazarene, the following is required before volunteers can be placed in a ministry setting dealing with minors.
1. Application to volunteer (found in church office) 2. Background Check 3. Interview with ministry leader 4. Photo ID 5. Initial training 6. Yearly training We suggest volunteers should have attended 6 months prior to serving in a capacity, but exceptions can be made. Because we care about our youth, we screen volunteers to ensure our children and youth ministry team is prepared and legal to work with students underage. |

AREAS WHERE VOLUNTEERS ARE REGULARLY NEEDED: 1. Sunday School Teachers (all ages) 2. Nursery Workers 3. Junior Church workers 4. Kids Konnection Workers 5. Landscaping and building maintenance 6.Youth Group chaperones/volunteers |
